We want you to feel confident and secure in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email
Opened supplement containers cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, please contact us at customersupport@vanatri.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at customersupport@vanatri.com so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or partially used supplements, unless defective
Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
Personal care items, such as cosmetics or hygiene products
Custom or personalized products
Hazardous materials or flammable items
Final sale items and gift cards
Digital products, including downloadable guides, meal plans, PDFs, or digital files
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before returning it.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital items, including downloadable guides, meal plans, PDFs, or other digital files.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order and return the original item once it’s accepted for return.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in unused condition, with tags and original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
